What we look for in a mentor
We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about their work and are committed to helping others succeed. To become a mentor, you should:
Have at least five years of experience in the software industry
Have expertise in one or more areas of IT
Be able to commit time to guiding the students or the instructors
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to provide guidance and feedback to students in a constructive manner
Have a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
